My flip flops arrived with a defect. What should I do?

For flip flops that arrive in a defective state we will replace the defective flip flop(s) free of charge. What you will need to do is send us photographs that clearly show the defect. These photographs can be submitted using our contact us form.

We will reply to you within 48 hours regarding whether the defect is one that warrants a replacement.

What flip flop size should I order?

We do our best to ensure that our FlipSidez sizing chart is accurate as possible. You can access the sizing chart by clicking Here

This chart consists of recommended number sizes for US, UK, EUR, BR, JP, and AU footwear sizing. This chart also contains the sole length measurements, in centimeters and inches, for each of our FlipSidez sizes.

When selecting a size from our chart, if you are unsure of what size to order, it is strongly recommended that you measure the length of the soles of a pair of flip flops you currently own, and use this measurement to select the most similar FlipSidez size from our chart.

Please note that measuring the length of your foot is not the same as measuring a pair of flip flops. Your foot measurement will be too short.

Will my desired design fit on the flip flops?

The best way to find out is to create your design in our website’s Design Shop using the flip flop style and size that you want to order. If you can fit the design onto the sole then the answer is: Yes, we can fit your desired imprint design onto your flip flops.

Please keep in mind that larger letters and characters create much better and clearer sand imprint results. Designs with over 10-12 characters long will start to result in rather small letters and symbols.

Why was my credit/debit card declined?

This could be due to a number of factors. Below are some steps to take if your card is declined:

1. Check to see if your credit card number, expiry date, and security code are all correct.

2. Make sure the billing address that you are providing to us matches the billing address on file with the bank/company that issued your card.

If the problem persists please try using a different card or contacting us for assistance.
