What flip flop size should I order?

We do our best to ensure that our FlipSidez sizing chart is accurate as possible. You can access the sizing chart by clicking Here

This chart consists of recommended number sizes for US, UK, EUR, BR, JP, and AU footwear sizing. This chart also contains the sole length measurements, in centimeters and inches, for each of our FlipSidez sizes.

When selecting a size from our chart, if you are unsure of what size to order, it is strongly recommended that you measure the length of the soles of a pair of flip flops you currently own, and use this measurement to select the most similar FlipSidez size from our chart.

Please note that measuring the length of your foot is not the same as measuring a pair of flip flops. Your foot measurement will be too short.

Why was my credit/debit card declined?

This could be due to a number of factors. Below are some steps to take if your card is declined:

1. Check to see if your credit card number, expiry date, and security code are all correct.

2. Make sure the billing address that you are providing to us matches the billing address on file with the bank/company that issued your card.

If the problem persists please try using a different card or contacting us for assistance.

Does my wholesale order need to consist of identical pairs?

For orders of FlipSidez, that are imprinted with custom sand imprint designs, your order may consist of any combination of sizes, colors, styles, and imprint designs.

However, certain custom options, such as strap printing, require that the size, color, and location of the print design be identical for a certain minimum number of pairs. Contact us if you are interested in custom printing on the straps or the top of the heel.

Do I need to pay Duties or VAT on my order when it arrives in my country?

Depending upon your country, being required to pay duties and/or VAT on your order is certainly possible. It is not possible for us to estimate any duties/taxes in advance, or to charge you for this amount. If a Duty or VAT is owed to your country’s customs department, the customs department will notify you when the package arrives at in your country.

No duties or VAT are owed for orders being delivered within the USA.

We accept all major credit cards (Discover, Visa, AmEx, Mastercard), debit cards, and Paypal. Cash, money orders, and psychic readings unfortunately can no longer be accepted as forms of payment.
