Why was my credit/debit card declined?

This could be due to a number of factors. Below are some steps to take if your card is declined:

1. Check to see if your credit card number, expiry date, and security code are all correct.

2. Make sure the billing address that you are providing to us matches the billing address on file with the bank/company that issued your card.
