Here at FlipSidez our goal is for you to be happy and satisfied with your custom flip flops. For this reason we will replace or repair any products that are defective, due to our manufacturing, within 30 days from the time of purchase. Return requests are only accepted for stock FlipSidez that are in unworn condition.
If you have received a pair that is incorrect as a result of our manufacturing, please send us a message through our Contact Us page and describe what is wrong with your pair and provide sufficient photographs of the flip flops to show the problem. You may also send us an email at sales@flipsidez.com. If the flip flops are found to be defective we will promptly repair or replace your flip flops free of charge.
We reserve the right to make minor modifications to customer designs without nofication. Please be advised your design may not be 100% identical to the design submitted at the time of the order.
We do not issue refunds, or send replacements, for flip flops that are delayed or lost in the mail, particularly international shipments that may be subject to custom’s clearance delays of inconsistent lengths.
