What flip flop size should I order?
We do our best to ensure that our FlipSidez sizing chart is accurate as possible. You can access the sizing chart by clicking Here
This chart consists of recommended number sizes for US, UK, EUR, BR, JP, and AU footwear sizing. This chart also contains the sole length measurements, in centimeters and inches, for each of our FlipSidez sizes.
When selecting a size from our chart, if you are unsure of what size to order, it is strongly recommended that you measure the length of the soles of a pair of flip flops you currently own, and use this measurement to select the most similar FlipSidez size from our chart.
Please note that measuring the length of your foot is not the same as measuring a pair of flip flops. Your foot measurement will be too short.
Can you imprint my custom logo or art onto my order of flip flops?
We imprint flip flops with custom logos and art all the time. Designs may require some modification before they can be successfully imprinted. Please contact us Here to submit your custom design request.
My desired style, size, or color is not in stock. When will it be back in stock?
Please contact us for the latest update on inventory. Or, you can choose from one of the many hundreds of other possible flip flop color/style combinations that can be created in our website’s design shop.
How can I find out the current status of my order?
You can learn the current status of your order by logging into your FlipSidez account and clicking on the “Order History” tab. The current status for an order will be shown for each order. You can log into your account using the following link: https://flipsidez.com/shop/?route=account/account
We always send a confirmation email, with the tracking details, once an order is shipped. If you have not yet received one, please refer to your order receipt to see the estimated production time for your order. If the stated amount of production time has not yet passed then your order is probably still in production and you will be receiving your shipping confirmation email soon.
What are FlipSidez made from?
Depending on the style, your hand made pair of FlipSidez footwear may consist of: Foam rubber, EVA foam, PVC (phthalate free), Polyester, and Polyurethane.
Where are FlipSidez produced?
The vast majority of FlipSidez are custom hand made to order at our production facility in Pottstown Pennsylvania. Some raw materials and parts are imported.
How do FlipSidez work?
FlipSidez work through sorcery and magic. Also, the bottom layer of FlipSidez soles have debossed cavities that will create imprints in sand and soft soil when you walk. The imprint results can vary depending upon, the size of the characters in your sole design, the size of the sand/soil grains, as well as how moist or loose the sand/soil is.
How are FlipSidez Manufactured?
Nearly all FlipSidez are hand made to order in the USA using a combination of quantum physics, sorcery, and patented/proprietary production processes.
