My flip flops arrived with a defect. What should I do?
For flip flops that arrive in a defective state we will replace the defective flip flop(s) free of charge. What you will need to do is send us photographs that clearly show the defect. These photographs can be submitted using our contact us form.
We will reply to you within 48 hours regarding whether the defect is one that warrants a replacement.

I purchased some custom flip flops and decided that I no longer want them, can I return them?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order flip flops. Nearly all flip flop designs shown on our website are custom made to order and we only stock a handful of designs that are not made to order. These designs are clearly marked on their product pages. Only purchases of stock flip flops can be returned if are in an unworn condition.

My flip flops do not fit. Can I return them for a replacement?
Since the vast majority of our flip flops are made to order, the answer to this question is unfortunately No. We place much emphasis on making sure that accurate sizing information and instructions are available at the time of purchase.
However, for the handful of stock FlipSidez designs that offer, which are not made to order, we can generally accept returns and send replacements if the flip flops are in an unworn condition. Our non-custom FlipSidez can be viewed Here.
